I teach yoga and meditation as ways to reconnect with your body and your inner wisdom. Through gentle movement, lightly placing attention on your breath and tender meditation, you will find more ease, connection and pleasure in your body, mind and spirit.
We store stress, anxiety and trauma in our bodies. Yoga and meditation can be a compliment to more traditional therapies, a place where we find safety and healing. I work with a variety of clients, from those who are living with the effects of trauma, eating disorders, depression and anxiety, to those who are seeking time and space to tend to themselves. |
