This gentle trauma sensitive yoga and meditation program is specifically designed to increase the well-being of those who living with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma. It incorporates gentle yoga movement and restorative yoga postures, a gentle form of exercise and relaxation soothing both mind and body.
Each week will build on the previous week as we integrate themes of self-care, self-regulation and trauma healing. This course is based on my own work and experience of working with trauma, mental illness and addiction, as well as drawing from the expertise of prominent practitioners in the fields of somatics, self-compassion, trauma and recovery.

What you need - a device that connects to the internet (phone, tablet or computer), a yoga mat (a blanket will suffice), a blanket, towel and strap (if you don't have a yoga strap you can use a belt or sturdy scarf)
You can attend the live Zoom calls or watch the recordings or some suitable combination of the two!
Included is the live streamed weekly class, a weekly email stacked with resources, weekly video recording of the classes and audios of the closing meditations. These resources are yours to keep even once the course has finished.
