NEW ONLINE CLASS - ONGOING ENROLLMENT, Start anytime Tuesdays, 30 June - 4 August, 10:00am - 11:30am (Sydney time) This 6 week trauma sensitive gentle yoga program is designed to relieve stress and increase resilience. Specifically designed for clients suffering with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, the program combines both trauma sensitive meditation and subtle yoga poses. It incorporates gentle yoga movement and restorative yoga postures, a gentle form of exercise and relaxation soothing both mind and body. Course details:

What you need - a device that connects to the internet (phone, tablet or computer), a yoga mat (a blanket will suffice), a blanket, towel and strap (if you don't have a yoga strap you can use a belt or sturdy scarf)
You can attend the live Zoom calls or watch the recordings or some suitable combination of the two!
Included is the live streamed weekly class, a weekly email stacked with resources, weekly video recording of the classes and audios of the closing meditations
