NEW CLASS TIME:
Wednesdays, 15 February - 29 March, 9:30 - 11:30am
(1 week break on 8 March)
This gentle trauma sensitive yoga and meditation program is specifically designed to increase the well-being of those who are living with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma. The 6 week program also features an initial one-to-one with Tabatha. It incorporates meditation, gentle yoga movements and restorative yoga postures, soothing both mind and body.

The 6 week yoga and meditation series is:
  • In Mullumbimby at Living Yoga Sanga, Level 1, 63 Stuart Street AND Online!
