NEW ONLINE CLASS - ONGOING ENROLLMENT, Start anytime Wednesdays, 9:30am - 10:45am (Sydney time) During these strange and uncertain times, it is more important than ever that we stay connected - connected to each other and that which soothes, nourishes and strengthens us. I invite you to join me for this six week trauma informed yoga and meditation series. Whether you are living with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, this program is designed to help. It combines both meditation and subtle yoga poses. I'll be offering tools to help you find peace, emotional regulation and connection, with a dash of delight thrown in for good measure. What you need - a device that connects to the internet (phone, tablet or computer), a yoga mat (a blanket will suffice), a blanket, towel and strap (if you don't have a yoga strap you can use a belt or sturdy scarf)
You can attend the live Zoom calls or watch the recordings or some suitable combination of the two!
Included is the live streamed weekly class, a weekly email stacked with resources, weekly video recording of the classes and audios of the closing meditations
