There are a lot of images around us of what yoga is and what the bodies who practice it look like. Despite the popular pictures, yoga holds great benefit for bodies of all shapes and sizes, level of fitness and experience. I have studied and weave together Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga for a healing and nourishing practice.
In each session you are invited to explore gentle movement, breath awareness and meditation. I consider the needs of the individual body, mind and spirit, whether in a group class or an individual session. You are genuinely encouraged to make the practice your own and to tune into your bodies' wisdom. We will work together to heal and soothe your nervous system and align your breath, body and spirit.
