Hello Dear Ones!
If you haven't heard, as of Monday, May 1st, I will be teaching two classes at Living Yoga Sanga in Mullumbimby. I am so excited to be joining the beautiful folks there!
This class combines all that I know and love about yoga. I draw inspiration from my studies of Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative and Yin. We always begin with a beautiful guided meditation to assist with arriving and feeling into our bodies and the studio space. Then through gentle movement, we find more space and comfort in the body. And of course, each class finishes with a delicious savasasana aided by relaxing music and often a guided relaxation.
This class is appropriate for any level of yoga experience and any fitness level. Rather than a practice of pushing and achieving, I deliver a class that is about calming the body and soothing the nervous system. I aim to tailor the practice to suit the people in the room and can offer variations for each individual.
